CAG INDUSTRIES, LLC

LIMITED SERVICE WARRANTY

CAG Industries, LLC ("CAG") warrants that each product repaired or replaced by its Factory Service Department or by CAG in connection with any CAG service ("SERVICE") will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of such SERVICE. CAG's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing (at CAG's option) any such Aviation products shown to be defective in either workmanship or materials.

CAG's warranty is subject to the following limitations:

This warranty does not apply to any malfunction of, or damage to, aviation products resulting from accident, alteration, misuse or abuse or to any component not serviced, repaired or replaced in connection with the most recent SERVICE by CAG.

This warranty does not apply to any components that have been affected adversely by exposure to heat, sun, water, ozone, or to other deteriorative elements. Only personnel of CAG are authorized to perform warranty obligations. Authorized CAG Service Centers may not perform warranty obligations without written permission from CAG. This warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by any repairs of or alterations to Aviation products made by owner or any third party unless expressly permitted by CAG product manuals or by written authorization from CAG. To obtain performance under this warranty, and as a condition precedent to any duty of CAG, the purchaser must notify CAG, to determine whether to return product to CAG. Shipping charges must be prepaid by the purchaser. When CAG repairs or replaces Aviation products under this warranty, full credit for pre-paid freight shall be provided.

THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN ADDITION, CAG EXPRESSELY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE SALE OR USE OF CAG PRODUCTS, AND NO OTHER FIRM OR PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME ANY SUCH LIABILITY ON BEHALF OF CAG.
